Thomas Greer- Austin Peay Bound 

Thomas goes first!!!!!!!!!!!

 Thomas Greer (West Carroll) has become the first player from the Class of 2010 in Tennessee to announce his college choice.

 The talented 6-5 swingman will stay close to home and play for the Governors of Austin Peay.

 Greer should be one of the finalists this season for the coveted Mr. Basketball award in the Class A ranks with a solid senior campaign.

 Possessed with an above average basketball IQ, Greer has the tools necessary to become a very good player for venerable Coach Dave Loos.

 Hampered by some injuries, Greer was not able to enjoy the summer he had hoped to have but his body of work the past couple of seasons was enough for the Ohio Valley Conference perennial power to move ahead and get the pledge taken care of.

Austin Peay finished last season at 19-14 including a trip to the CollegeInsider.com post season tourney following the conference tournament. The Governors were fresh off a first round NCAA tourney game against powerful Texas the previous season.
