Some recruiting news for the Class of 2007.
Could it be possible for the Class of 2007 to measure up to the past two outstanding classes. The Class of 2005 set the standard with 30 DI commitments and the vaunted Class of 2006 is currently standing at 23.
Let's have a look at how the Class of 2007 is fairing thus far:
Maurice Miller-Raleigh-Egypt
Georgia Tech, Illinois, Memphis and Tennessee appear to be the top vote getters for the services of the quintessential leader.
Terrance Oglesby-Bradley Central
The best shooter in the state has secured offers from George Mason,Clemson,Washington State,MTSU,Appalachian State,ETSU,UNCC and countless other mid-majors. He is also courting looks from Florida,Michigan,Penn State,Alabama and Miami (FL.).
Gerald Robinson-MLK
The Nashville Rising Star has secured a couple of offers from Chattanooga and Tennessee State. He is recieving major looks from Mississippi,Virginia,Tennessee and Missouri to name a few.
Omar Wattad-Science Hill
This Tennessee Traveler has offers from Southern Illinois,Chattanooga and ETSU. He also has recieved some love from the likes of Penn State and George Washington.
Scott Saunders-BGA
This student athlete is hearing from the likes of Rice,Princeton,Tulane,Lipscomb and Belmont.
Antwaine Wiggens-Greeneville
Recieving offers from UNCC,Miami and ETSU. Courting many other looks including Michigan and Penn State.
Jaime Graham-White's Creek
Huge state tournament netted offers from Colorado,Furman and Appalachian State. Has a slew of other mid-majors making his mailman work extra hard.
Keith Dodd-Bradley Central
Solid efforts in Dallas brought some mid-majors out of the woodwork including Western Kentucky,Furman,ETSU and Chattanooga.
Chaisson Allen-Oakland
Combo guard is a very intruiging prospect with his size and skill. Recieving looks from Belmont,Lipscomb,MTSU and Lehigh.
Jewon Long-Liberty Tech
"Red" has played like a man possessed this summer netting offers from the likes of Chattanooga,Lipscomb,Murray State and Southeast Missouri. Also getting some major interest from some of the big boys like Mississippi State,Tennessee,Western Kentucky and Bradley.
Deveyon Hunter-Hamilton
Big potential for this Memphis Hooper and many feel the same including Colorado,Missouri,UAB,Western Kentucky and Southeast Missouri.
Ken Bingham-McNairy Central
Potentially one of the best in the class. Some who feel the same way are Witchita State,Murray State,Tennessee Tech,Lipscomb and Chattanooga.
Josh Sain-Liberty Tech
The most talked about Baller of the summer those inquiring loudly include Texas A&M,Alabama,Murray State,Tennessee-Martin,Western Kentucky and Southeast Missouri.
Kevin Smith-Riverdale
The bouncy Baller has recieved interest from Evansville,Bradley,Miami of Ohio,Belmont, Lipscomb,MTSU and Southeast Missouri.
Matt Smigelski-Lavergne
Having a real good summer has peaked the interest of few mid-majors including Lipscomb,Morehead State and Liberty.
