Who from the Volunteer state will be in attendance.
The basketball world gathers in Richmond,Virginia this week for the annual NBA Players Association Camp. The camp runs from June 19th thru the 26th at the beautiful campus of Virginia Commonwealth University. Rosters have been released and we will have three players make the trip to the Southland.
TERRENCE OGLESBY-BRADLEY CENTRAL
T.O. will make the trek to Richmond and has earned his spot with an outstanding summer thus far. Regarded by many on-lookers as one of the best shooting guards in the country. His Tennessee Travelers have had a solid summer campaign thus far and Terrence has also earned an invite to the Nike All-American Camp in Indianapolis in July.
ANTWAIN WIGGENS-GREENEVILLE
The lanky wing man has played well enough on the circuit to merit his invitation to the event. Wiggens has length that appeals to the coaches and an incredible upside that has the masses salivating. He can score off the dribble and has improved his outside shot. Wiggens will continue to improve as the summer goes along.
GERALD ROBINSON-MLK
The quickest guard in the state got his invite with a huge effort at the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions. His summer is shaping up quite well with his game progressing with every trip to the hardwood. Gerald's play has earned him an invite to the adidas Superstar Camp in Atlanta. He will get to showcase his talent in Richmond.
Stay tuned for updates throughout the week.
With no action on the AAU circuit the rankings will remain the same for the travel teams until the July period commences.
