DeMario Williams (Culleoka) ended his recruitment choosing to stay close to home and play for Kermit Davis and the MTSU Blue Raiders.

Williams is a strong point guard who is a team first player but has the ability to take his defender off the bounce and has an improving outside shot. He played this summer with the Nashville Celtics despite some injuries and other sport commitments.

Williams will have time to gradually adapt to the college game and will be a solid get for the Sun Belt upstart.

The commitment of Williams gives the Class of 2008 a sweet 18.
