Pool play forgotten Y cruises to finish.

The proverb reads it's not how you start but how you finish.

The Memphis YOMCA took this messgae to heart this past weekend at Boo Williams.

The Y started slow finishing 1-2 in pool play but rallied for the home stretch and captured the Silver Division title.

Wins against Chicago Express (73-53), Louisiana Select (61-55) and the championship game against King James 82-78.

Doing most of the damage for the Y were Ferrakohn Hall (White Station), Leslie McDonald (Braircrest), Reginald Buckner (Manassas) and Ian Clark (Germantown).

Memphis YOMCA along with the Tennessee Travelers will represent in all three age groups this weekend at the Old School Showcase in Conway, Arkansas.
